It is now in the 6th year of our ownership and living next door enables us to ensure your comfort.

The quiet seaside town of Filey and the lovely sandy beaches of Hunmanby gap are just a 10 minute drive away .
Busier seaside towns of Scarborough and Bridlington are both within easy reach.
The area is ideally suited for a walking or cycling holiday.
It is an excellent area for Bird-watching with the RSPB reserve at Bempton Cliffs .
Whether a touring or a seaside holiday, it is also within reach of historic York, the North York moors National Park and the North Yorkshire Forests.
Golf is available on a number of courses including Ganton golf course.
The market towns of Driffield and Malton (which have annual agricultural shows)
are within half an hours drive away.
Owl cottage is open all year including Christmas/New Year and offers weekly, weekend and
